Soups are considered as a comfort food in most of the cultures in the world. Today I am giving you 3 delicious soups recipe which will help you to reduce weight effectively. These soups contain nutritious vegetables that are occasionally difficult to include into traditional recipes.
They are not only high in nutrients but also low in calories. Let’s begin by making our first recipe.
1- Green Gram Beans Water Tofu Vegetable Soup:
Take one bowl of cooked Green Gram Beans (yellow moong or masoor dal water) water.
- 100 grams tofu.
- 1 chopped bell peppers.
- Half cup chopped French beans.
- ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves.
- ¼ tea spoon black paper crushed.
- ¼ cup basil.
- 1 tea spoon ghee.
- Thyme and rock salt as per taste.
- Salt (as require)
Heat the ghee in a sauce pan, add all the vegetables and roast them well. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook the veggies properly. After that add Tofu and roast till it turns light brown, then add herbs and black pepper, Now lastly add Green Gram Beans water and salt (to taste) cook for a while. Your soup is ready, serve this soup hot.
The Green Gram Beans Water:
The Green Gram Beans water is high in fiber and low in calories also it boosts metabolism which speeds up the weight loss process. It helps in increasing insulin levels in our body and eliminates weakness from the body.
Tofu:
Tofu is naturally gluten-free and low in calories, it contains no cholesterol and is an excellent source of iron and calcium.
Bell Pepper, Green Peas and French Beans:
Bell pepper, green peas and French beans are all with fiber, they are rich in fiber, packed with vitamins and low in calories.
2- Whey Sprouts Soup for weight loss:
Take one bowl of homemade whey water. When you make paneer or cottage cheese at home the stained water is called whey water.
- Take ½ cup Alfalfa sprouts.
- 1 cup chopped spring onions.
- ½ cup baby corn.
- ½ tablespoon oil.
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
Heat oil in a saucepan, add Alfalfa Sprouts and baby corns, Stir until well-cooked, add whey water and bring it to a boil, then add spring onion and black pepper stir well, in the end add some salt to your taste and serve.
Whey Water:
Whey water is very useful and multipurpose. It facilitates weight loss, strengthens muscles and boosts digestion. so we can use it in many home remedies. You can make many Soups for weight loss by using whey water.
Alfalfa Sprouts:
Alfalfa Sprouts contain antioxidants, as well as nutrients like vitamin K, Copper, Magnesium and Folate. They are also extremely low in calories. So we can make magic weight loss soups by using Alfalfa sprouts in our remedies.
3- Quinoa Soup:
- Take 30 grams of Quinoa
- A few leaves of baby spinach
- 1 Cup dices pumpkin
- 2 chopped stalks of celery
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 Teaspoon oregano
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- A little oil and a salt accordingly.
In a large pot, heat some oil in a medium flame, now add Pumpkin, celery and seasons with salt and pepper, cook it well until vegetables are soften. (About 10 minutes) Now add diced tomatoes, cumin, and Quinoa, pour in some water and stir to combine, bring it to a boil until Quinoa is tender. It will take almost 10 to 15 minutes. Stir baby spinach and cook until wilted, one minute more then stir with lemon juice, season with salt, oregano, pepper and serve this hot for best results.
Quinoa:
Quinoa is a good source of Protein and fiber, it is even good in Iron, Copper, Thiamine and Vitamin B6. It considered to be an excellent source of Manganese, Magnesium, Phosphorous and folate.
Baby Spinach:
Baby spinach is rich in vitamin K and Magnesium, which lower the risk of bone fractures and improves bone density.
Pumpkin:
Pumpkin has antioxidant which can boost your immune system, protect your eyesight and lower the risk of cancer, also promote heart and skin health.
